"Tarrie was a person filled with lots of personality from the day he was born, living up to the nickname 'Sunshine' his mom gave to him as a boy."
The investigation remains ongoing. Anyone with further information about Spruiel is urged to contact the Union County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Task Force Sergeant Keyla Live at 908-370-6793 or Detective Nora Berrio at 908-370-3016.
